Information on the processing of personal data
FS system s.r.o., with its registered office at Geislerova 9, 615 00 Brno, IČ 29291739, takes care of the protection of personal data that you pass on to us. You must know that we process the personal data you provide to us responsibly, transparently and under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council. You have the right to request information about registered personal data, their correction or deletion if they are granted based on your consent. If automated processing takes place, you have the right to data portability and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on that decision. Security of your personal data
A company FS system s.r.o. takes care of the security of the personal data you pass to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data concerning the seriousness of their processing sufficiently. No unauthorized person has access to your data obtained from you, and we do not pass it on to other entities for further processing without your consent unless required by law or in the case of protection of our legal interests.


The right to information
Your right is to ask our company FS system s.r.o. for information, what personal data and to what extent and for what purpose we process about you. We will provide you with this information free of charge within 30 days at the latest, and within 90 days at the latest in emergencies. We will inform you in good time about the extension of the deadline in exceptional cases. If you require disclosure of the information, we record about you, and we will first need to verify that you are indeed the person to whom this information belongs. Therefore, state sufficient identification of your person in your application. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information to identify you before we provide you with personal data that we process on your person. It is our right, then, to justifiably reject requests for information that are unreasonable or unreasonably repetitive, or that obtaining them requires a disproportionate effort or would be difficult to obtain.

 

Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain the personal data we record about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Upon your request, this data may be passing on to another administrator.

 

Data update, right to correct
As personal data may change over time (for example change of surname, health insurance company, etc.), we will be happy if you inform us that you have made a change so that we have your data up-to-date and avoid any mistakes. The submission of information on changes in input is essential for us to be able to perform our activities as Administrator properly.
This is also related to your right to correct personal data that we record about you. If you find that our information is no longer up to date, you have the right to request its correction.

 

Objections
Suppose you believe that we do not process your data under the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and the Union. In that case, you have the right to object, and we will subsequently verify the validity of your request. At the time of the dispute, the processing of your personal data will be limited until it is verified that the objection is justified. We inform you that your right is also to contact us with a complaint about the processed personal data that we process about you. Right to restrict processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your data, if you believe that the data recorded in this way are not accurate, or if we process it illegally and if you think that we no longer need this data for their processing.

 

Right of deletion
If you have ever given us consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke it at any time, and we are obliged to delete the data that we process solely based on your consent. The right to deletion does not apply to the processed data within the obligation to perform the contract, legal reasons or legitimate interests. If some of your data is stored in backup systems, which automatically ensure the resilience of all our systems and perform the function of data loss protection in case of accidents, it is not in our power to delete this data from the backup systems. This data is no longer actively processed in any way and will not be used for other processing purposes.

You can object to this processing, as well as request the correction of the personal data provided, request information on what personal data we record about you, or request the deletion of personal data, if possible. If automated processing takes place, you have the right to data portability and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on that decision. Suppose you have given us consent to the processing of any of your data. In that case, we inform you that you can revoke this consent at any time in the future and the supplier must subsequently delete this data and not further process it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before its departure. It is your right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection) against this processing.
