OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH INSPECTIONS AFTER THE END OF THE EMERGENCY

The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic orders, by EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES, further random professional medical trips after its state of emergency.


AFFIDAVIT
The validity of the affidavit issued during the state of emergency instead of entering the occupational medical examination with extension
-of a maximum of 90 days in the case of works included in the first or second category (categorization of works),
-of a maximum of 30 days in the case of work classified as other risks, third and fourth (classification of work) or work with a risk to health.

Within the stated deadlines, the assessing physicians are obliged to perform occupational medical examinations.


EMPLOYMENT INSPECTIONS ENDED IN THE EMERGENCY DURING
If the occupational health examination expired during the state of emergency, its validity is extending:
-of a maximum of 90 days if the conclusion of the medical report was "medically fit,"
-of a maximum of 30 days if the conclusion of the medical report was "medically fit with the condition."
